Peope of Color Vs. The Judical System

Do you think people of color are more likely to be comvicted of crimes? I would say yes because most the time a colored person will get arrested faster then a white person would. One main example I have was the trial with Casey Anthony who was trial for the murder of her baby. She was proven "Innocent" but the evidence was clear she was guilty, they let her go because of lack of evidence. Most people feel it was because she was just pretty and white. I know if she was a women of color no questions asked she would be behind bars. While the colored get abused on the streets and hurt by the police the White man is smiling laughing down on the colored. White people commit crimes as well but the Judical System doesn't seem to care about it, but when it comes to the colored they are on it and will put you behind bars in a heart beat. The sad part is we the colored people can't do anything about it but let the system play as.
