Who are you?

Who are you?
Who are you? That is my question to everyone, what kind of person are you how did you create yourself as a person today. Yes we were all born out of our mothers but we created ourselves in style and personalities, so who are you? Let me describe myself I am a person who is outgoing, funny, athletic, creative, and all around a chill guy. I made myself this way I am not shy at all, I love shoes and clothes and I love sports. Thats the person I created myself to be, but you what kind of person are you? Everyone is different, everyone has different styles and personalities, life isn't about finding yourself, it's about creating yourself.

You don't have to be like everybody else but be your own person and set yourself as a leader and let others follow you. Make sure you set yourself in a positive way because you don't want others to follow you in a negative way. It's never to late to to create yourself all over again.

San Diego Weather

Why is San Diego weather so weird? I ask myself that question every time the weather changes. One day it is sunny and one day it will start to rain. I have always lived in San Diego and the weather hasn't been as weird other then this year. We used to have seasons, when it was Fall it would nice a chilly and rainy this years fall is sunny then cloudy just plain weird.

San Diego does have the best weather of course but why is it so weird and always changing? You can never know what weather is going to look like tomorrow, you have to just wait till the day of. Even the day of, it can be cloudy and drizzle a bit but once it hits 12 o'clock its 75 degrees!!

No matter how weird and crazy the weather is in San Diego I will always love my hometown because there is no place with better weather.

WHAT DOESN'T KILL YOU MAKES YOU STRONGER

"If you never failed you never lived"
Many People have to fail in order to get better or do it better next time. To fail can be a good thing at times; it can give you that push to do better next time.
I've been playing baseball all my life and I tried out for the City College team and i semi made it. After 3 weeks of practicing with the team I finally got cut and my heart dropped. I felt as if I didn't want to go to school anymore because baseball was really all I wanted to come for. But if I think back I didn't try hard enough and I could have done better, so now I have to wait till next year and try even harder. I take it as a lesson learned.
Everybody fails, don't feel like it's the end of the world Michael Jordan was cut from the high school basketball team who would had knew that. He is one of the greatest to play basketball till this day that fail must have motivated him a lot.

In addition, I would have to agree that if you haven't failed you haven't lived because when your under pressure on the edge of failure you don't know how to handle it and won't know what to do. Finally, if you fail in something don't let it put you down, what doesn't kill you makes you stronger.

The Real World

 The Real World
Mr. McCullough presented a keynote speech to the graduates of Wellesly High School. In a very blunt, ttruthful, and seemingly humerous manner he expressed the harsh realities of the world.
For example, he compared the commitment of marriage to the commitment to graduate. Well have a choice in which we choose as a partner the same way we have a choice in the carrier we might chose.

The most important aspect of a carrier and real life is one's ability to push through and make sure they succed. Additionally, Mr. McCullough sort of demoralizes the graduates telling them that they are not special at all that now they are off into the "The Real World" where no one is there to pamper them or tell them what to do. He wanted the graduates to see that on paper, everyone is pretty much the same and that's it's their character and work ethic that will make the triumph. Mr. McCullough adds that by setting higher standards for themselves they will stand out more and dominate whatever path they choose.

It's not just about winning or lossing, passing or failing; it's about the journey you want to take yourself on and how fulfilling you want your life to be. In closing, he leaves them with the importance and the value of a higher education and doing whatever must be done to one day be the outstanding one-A reminder that hard work and dedication will pay off.

Everyone Deserves Flowers

Flowers for a Friend
Elvia Bautista lost her brother from Gang Violence. Elvia Explains that everyone who is dead deserves flowers on their graves. She feels without flowers or anything, it's like the person has been forgotten. Almost every day Elvia takes flowers to her brother Rogelio's grave. Weather it's candles, flowers or images. (Remebering all the Boys)

Rogelio was 18 years old when God took him away, thats the same age God took MY friend away. I agree with Elvia that the dead should always have flowers on their graves. It will make the cemetery look less plain. If everyone one has flowers it will actually look like a peacful place for the dead.

My friend Pablo Baltierra died in a car accident on April 22, 2012. I try to take flowers to his grave every time I go because it shows I still care. Every time I go, there is something there so im not the only one who cares but I just hope it goes on forever. My boy is gone but never forgotten, so by bringing things to his grave shows we are missing him and nobody has forgot about him. Elvia just wants her brother to know he is always being missed just as every body elses lost ones.
